FAQ

Straight answers before you hire the seat

Shorter than an encyclopedia. Honest about usage, compliance, and what the live demo is — and is not.

Will the agent sound like our office?
Yes — that is the point of the hire. We train on your documents and an owner interview: hours, services, pricing rules you actually want spoken, and the phrases you never want used. The live demo is a sample path so you can hear the seat work. After you hire, it is trained on your business.
How accurate is booking?
Booking writes against your live calendars, not a shadow spreadsheet. If a slot is gone, the assistant offers what is actually open. We QA the booking path before go-live and treat a wrong appointment as a defect, not a quirk.
What happens after the call?
The conversation is not the product. Confirmations, reminders, missed-call text-back, nurture, review asks, and owner alerts run automatically. Voice is the wedge skill; the operating system is what you keep.
Do you handle SMS compliance?
Texting to customers is a regulated path. Floow helps you get brand and campaign registration in place before we scale marketing or reminder texts. A working voice demo is not the same thing as permission to blast SMS. We keep that distinction honest in onboarding.
What is included in the monthly price vs usage?
The published seat is the assistant and the operating system work that seat runs. SMS segments and voice minutes are usage-based and billed separately. We estimate volume during setup so usage is visible, not buried in a footnote.
What does Floow own vs what do we own?
Floow owns the assistant, training, routing, and the operating system that runs after the call. You own the customer relationships, the calendars, the policies, and the decisions only a human should make. If you leave, we plan number and data handoff during onboarding — not as a surprise later.
How does onboarding work?
A one-time setup: owner interview, document training, number and routing, calendars and pipelines, then a go-live QA pass. You are hiring a seat, not installing a login. Most teams start on Operations Admin and adjust the role after the first weeks.
Can we keep a human on the line?
Always. Warm transfer and ‘take a message for a person’ are first-class paths. The assistant is coverage and coordination — not a wall in front of your staff.
How do multi-location businesses hire?
Location Manager Asst. is priced per location at $3,499/mo. That seat is trained on that site. Owner Asst. is the company-level role when you want one briefing across locations. Enterprise is for groups that need a custom mix.
Is there a public contact form or published email?
No. Call (855) 758-8488 or use the on-site chat. Chat collects your name, company, email, and a good time for a strategy call. We do not publish an email address on this site.

Still have a question? Call or chat. There is no public form.

Hear the seat work, then hire the role.

Call the live demo. If it sounds like the front office you have been covering yourself, we will scope the right tier on a strategy call.
